Choose yourdistance

Feel free to choose the distance of the competition according to your taste and depending
on your abilities. This year we have a variety of distances so that each participant can
choose the most comfortable option for oneself:
2 km CHARITABLE RACE
5 km — an optimal distance for a beginner who plans to continue doing in sports and wants
to try one hand.
10 km — an excellent choice for amateur runners who feel the strength to make a serious
step towards overcoming the distance of the next year’s half marathon.
21 km — for experienced runners who carefully prepare for the race and for the collectors of
the conquest of Half Marathon distances in interesting places around the world.
For children under 14 years old, we prepared 3 free races in different age categories —
1000 m, 500 m, and 100 m.
Group races:
Relay race (3 x 5 km + 6.097 km) is a kind of team competition beloved by many runners!
Corporate race (3 х 5 km + 6.097 km) is an option of the best team building for companies
and organizations, strengthening of friendly relations in a team, and image of a socially
responsible company that maintain a healthy lifestyle.

PARTICIPANT`SSTARTING PACKAGE

Each participant of Frankivsk Half Marathon’19 will receive a package with everything
necessary to overcome any of the distances. This year we have prepared exclusive
components that will always remind you of this event when you return home:

The prize fund in the OPEN category for participants of Half Marathon distance against men and women:
— The first place — UAH 5,000
— The second place — UAH 4,000
— The third place — UAH 3,000
Financial awards in the nomination of the fastest resident of Ivano-Frankivsk for men and women:
— The first place — UAH 1,000
— The second place — UAH 700
— The third place — UAH 400
—The first three places in each age category except the first three participants who were classified in the OPEN category will be awarded.
— In the age categories (men and women), participants will receive a financial or material reward.
Competitions participants receive memorable prizes from event partners.
—Only those present at the event can take part in the draw of prizes.
*The prize grid is determined by the organizers in each distance at the discretion of the organizers and can be increased as long as event partners and sponsors are attracted.

This year we have a new start point on Franko Square — more space, new impressions, and sensations. The route map covers new and old streets with renovated roads in such a way as to simultaneously show an interesting historical and recreational zone of Ivano-Frankivsk. Original locations for the musical support of the participants are ready to create a unique festive atmosphere. There are hydration and nutrition points and a tasty Borschyk party at the finish which has already become legendary!
